Additional Note:

Our house is a 4 bedroom home where I live with my 10yr old son and husband. The room for rent is on the right side of the main house; the other 3 rooms are part of the main house and upstairs. It is 26ft by 20 ft wide and used to be a ballet studio. We will pay all utilities, plus cable and wireless internet for the renter. I'd ask that you bring your own fridge but can provide one for you if needed. The only part of the home we will share is the kitchen. The room has been painted since the picture was taken.
