I am female student looking to find a room with one child (age: under 1 yr). A patio would be nice so my boy can play. Washer and Dryer is important too.

I'm clean, reliable, have a stable job and will pay my rent and utilities on time. My rent amount is flexible depending on the amenities (# of bathrooms, parking availability, etc.)

I don't have a live-in boyfriend and you don't have to worry about me bringing home a random guy every night.
