Additional Note:

I am looking for a place (house/ apartment type) to live in 2 bed rooms at Pagosa Springs, Colorado for me and my child who will be born in June. I am single mom here I need some place decent enough to feel comfortable in my surroundings. All your advice would be so helpful. I may not be able to go out there and look at the place for I'll probably start working and move into my new place the first time. I can afford some thing that is between 500- 650 a month.

I would like to meet other single mothers to support and who will offer support. I am a very friendly, sociable, trustworthy person. Life is short so I avoid drama at all cost. I am not stubborn, always determined and always pay in time.
