I'm Looking for a quiet area, top floor would be good, or somewhere where there's not too much noise and I am wondering if anyone knows of a room with good natured, non-smoker, clean, retired and active roommate to rent same place within the Las Vegas area. Car parking would be a bonus. I am able to pay up to $350 to include gas/electric, water, and council tax; obviously I will share any TV license and telephone bills.
