Additional Note:
I am looking for a room starting any time in July. I would like for it to be a long term situation. I would like to live in Washington Heights or Inwood, but anywhere in Manhattan would be fine. I am clean, quiet, considerate, punctual with rent and bills, and a pleasant person. You will probably not see me that much since I am usually gone or in my room.
