My name is Tom Newby I am a project planner scheduler engineer for Valero Refinery in Delaware City, DE. I need to rent a room close to the plant for a turnaround outage from January 3, 2008 until no later than May 15th. Are you willing to rent short term or month to month? About me, I am a 40 year old married professional and own a home near Charlotte, NC. I have been renting in this area for four years before buying my current home. I travel from job site to site and the company I work for pays for it. I am a quiet person and don't have kids or pets. My wife stays home until I finish the contract. I won't have any home time. I will be working from 7 am until around 5 PM M-F until the actual outacge then will go to 7days a week 10 hour days
