im a 20 year old female looking for a room to rent for about 4 months i just want to get enough money to move to seattle and start going to school. my plan is to get two jobs a cheep place to rent, while still enjoying the rest of the time that i am in everett. so i wont be there often, its mostly just a place to sleep, any place will do as long as i feel i could be safe there, i dont smoke nor drink i am extreamly trust worthee. rent will always be paid on time. and i will always clean after myself
