I am looking for a isolate single room apartment (no roommate).I'm looking for a place that is clean and quiet, isn't in the basement or attic, and that hopefully has off-street parking. References and rental history can be provided upon request, and I'm ready to do first/last/security, but would prefer to not enter in to a lease.
