The House: Located on Maryland Avenue (NE) about a 15 minute walk to Union Station; short walk to Eastern Market. Plenty of nice coffeehouses nearby (Jacobs and Ebenezers). X8 bus stop drops off right next to house. Close to Gallaudet University.
Good light, charming architecture, and plenty of room and storage in the house including basement. Three separate bedrooms are located on the second floor. Kitchen, dining room, and living room are on the first floor. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, central air and A/C. See pictures below.
