I rent out my townhouse fully furnished. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, walk in closet, all tile flooring except for bedrooms, small patio, one car garage. 1230 sf. Everything is Pier One and very modern. Pool and jacuzzi down the street, gated. You are near everything! Parks, shopping, The District, The Galleria Mall, etc. Everything for living..brand new kitchenware, furniture, towels, etc. There are only 3 units in the building, unlike 8 like most apartments that are sold as condos.
I pay the water and garbage in the $170 hoa fee. You can set up your own utilities. You walk up the stairs and live up there.
I am very laid back and only ask that you pay the rent when it is due and keep it clean. No pets..sorry. One deposit of $1500 due when we sign a contract. I am looking for a minimum of 6 months.
