Hi,
My name is Joseph. My wife, Christina, and I are expecting our first
baby in October and need a bigger place. However we are under lease in our
current apartment. We have a one bedroom one bath aprox. 500-600sqf.
Apartment is located at the Casa De Sol Apartments in College Station less
than 1/4 a mile from Texas A&M University. For location see the following

The rent is 409 a month/429 a month with pet. Security and Pet deposits
are paid and we will leave them in place for you. Water is included in you
rent, Gas is divided between all residents and ranges from $5-$20 a month.
Cable, internet and utilities are resident’s responsibility. Apartment
complex is a mixture of mostly Caucasian and Asian residents and remains
calm and peaceful through out the day and night. We are willing to pay the
subletting fee for the apartment. The apartment is under lease until July of
2008. There are 2 Casa De Sol residents only laundry mates onsite. Move in
date is adjustable however we would like at least one to two weeks to move
out and prepare the apartment.
Apartment is in good shape. Kitchen has a stove, dishwasher, garbage
disposal, lots of cabinet space and refrigerator included. AC is brand new
(was installed in April 2007) and is in the living room. Bedroom is large
and has one wall made of brick one regular closet and one walk in closet.
Kitchen and entry way are linoleum, bathroom is tile and bedroom/living room
are carpet. Apartment will be cleaned before moving out.
