The room available is the second biggest room in the house located upstairs, which overlooks the park in the front of the house. There is a bathroom located directly next to the room, which you would share with my roommate Dave (has two sinks). The house is very spacious, and has a great backyard that includes a Jacuzzi, barbeque area, and covered lanai with chained swinging chairs. Other amenities include central air conditioning, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The rent is $800.00 per month, and we all split the utilities, which include satellite TV, wireless internet, home phone, electric, and water. I can also provide storage space in the garage, and furniture for the room if needed.
I currently have three roommates including my live-in girlfriend. We are all very respectful, social, people that have a great living environment.
