Two bedrooms for rent, with shared bathroom, (2.5 bathrooms in home).
One bedroom is 24 x 16 feet and the other is 18 x 16 with powder blue carpet in one and hardwood flooring in the other.
Washer/Dryer is available for use and Cable/Internet is also provided.
Large Family room is also included with Refrigerator/Freezer and T.V. and wireless internet is also provided. Room-mates will also have the use of a beautiful Huge Backyard with Fire-pit/Swimming Pool, Garden retreat with Dual Waterfalls and Pond (Yes with fish in it-lol).
Both bedrooms will be available at the end of July.
I can provide pictures of the home if you wish to see some views before deciding to visit.
Meals can also be provided for an additional $100.00 per month and we are willing to accommodate your work/school schedule should you wish to chose this option.
Smoking or non, your choice, but we ask that you respect the home, maintain your room and yes, we will provide you with a vacuum-lol.
Singles or Couples are welcome. If you are a couple, rent will be $800.00 per month to offset the increase in electricity/water/gas and trash.
We enjoy the backyard and on weekends, (weather permitting) we usually have a Bonfire and kick back and enjoy.
Freeway access (I-96) is less than one mile away and the airport only 14 minutes away.
Minimum of one year lease and we ask that you please provide three verifiable reference's and a $400.00 dollar security deposit will also required.
