Rent is $254 a month plus utilities which usually don't go over $20 a month. This includes FREE swimming pool and hot tub, FREE tanning bed, FREE work out room, FREE manicure, pedicures, and haircuts, and so much more! You get a lot for your money!!
The room comes furnished with a desk and chair, lamp, queen sized bed, and large closet. There are four rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room, and living room.
